  15. I live in a far away place in the mountains in Costa Rica. I have
  16. experienced  difficulty conecting to the Internet, due to they
  17. say"noise on the line" I do have fax and long distance comunications.

  19. Is there anything I can do? is there some hardware that could be used
  20. to enable comunication at normal speeds between 9600 and 28800 at
  21. least?
